Erik Dowell founded Aesthetic Management Partners (AMP) with a vision to reshape how the aesthetic industry is served. Drawing on more than 25 years in medical aesthetics, he combines a sharp read on market dynamics with deep expertise in business development and emerging technology.
Erik's career began at Coherent/Lumenis, where he helped open the West Coast market in the formative years of aesthetic laser technology. He went on to spend 14 years at Syneron Candela, holding senior leadership roles including President of the Americas, Vice President for Europe and the Middle East, and Vice President of North America. Most recently, he served as CEO of North America for InMode Aesthetic Solutions.
Erik has completed executive education at the University of Chicago and Harvard Business School, and holds a B.A. in Business Management.

Before co-founding Aesthetic Management Partners alongside Erik Dowell, Adrian Bishop served as Vice President, East Region for InMode Aesthetic Solutions.
Earlier in his career, he was Director of Sales at Syneron Candela, named the company's Top Producing Sales Director in both 2015 and 2016. As a Senior Territory Manager with Solta Medical and Syneron, Adrian was honoured with the President's Club award seven times.
Adrian helped launch AMP to channel his passion for developing and mentoring the next generation of sales professionals — and to keep doing what he loves most: bringing disruptive technology and new brands to the marketplace.

Before joining Aesthetic Management Partners, Mike McDonald was CFO/COO at Thermi Aesthetics, where he scaled the company from start-up to $48M in revenue in three years and ultimately led its sale at $85M — three times revenue. He has also served on multiple boards advising companies on growing shareholder value.
Mike's career spans Retail Finance, Business Process Outsourcing, and Supply Chain leadership, with a track record for solving complex problems and delivering results. He has a particular talent for grasping the full picture of a business — sensing where the friction is and where the opportunities sit — and has spent the last 25 years in C-suite roles guiding teams through change.
